The University of Nairobi hosted a kick-off consultancy meeting for stakeholders on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. The purpose of the meeting was to establish the Centre for Land Acquisition and Resettlement Studies (CELARs), which will be located in Kilimani, Nairobi. Various stakeholders, including the Kenya National Highways Authority, World Bank, Kenya School of Government, and AKI consultants, attended the meeting.

On Friday, 3rd May 2024,  the University of Nairobi will recognize and celebrate students who have shown exemplary performance.  The event will be held in Taifa Hall, starting from 9:00am.

The Nairobi Innovation Week (NIW)will be held on May 8th -10th, 2024.  The theme for Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) is "Cultivating Humanity through Responsible Innovation Ecosystems."Exhibitions of innovations from students and staff will be a key activity of the NIW 2024.
